Terms of Service
Early-access terms — last updated July 2026.
1. The service
Reservation Kit lets businesses publish a booking page for their activities and lets their customers book (and where enabled, pay for) time slots. The service is provided as-is during early access, without uptime guarantees.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you publish (activity descriptions, prices, images). We may suspend accounts that publish unlawful or misleading content.
3. Bookings and payments
Bookings are contracts between the business and its customer — Reservation Kit is not a party to them. Online payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are issued by the business through the dashboard, subject to the business's own cancellation policy.
4. Fair use
Automated scraping, abuse of the booking endpoints, and attempts to access other tenants' data are prohibited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures; material changes will be announced to account owners by email.
