What we collect
Business accounts: name, email, phone (optional) and your company profile. Customers who book: name, email, phone (optional) and the booking details — collected on behalf of the business you book with, which is the data controller for your booking.
What we use it for
Running the service: managing bookings and capacity, sending transactional emails (confirmations, cancellations, reminders) and processing payments. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies — the session that keeps a business signed in to the dashboard. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner.
Analytics
We count page views to see which pages are used, using Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and stores no persistent identifier, so it cannot follow you between sites or sessions. We receive aggregate counts only — no profiles, no advertising, and nothing sold on.
Processors we rely on
Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Vercel (application hosting and the cookieless analytics described above), Stripe (payment processing — card details never touch our servers) and Resend (transactional email delivery).
Retention and your rights
Booking records are kept as long as the business account needs them (they are the business's operational and financial records). You can ask the business you booked with, or the operator, to access or delete your personal data.
